The room was big size and warm, had comfy and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Location: the hotel was very close to the Samoens slopes by car, and skiing. The staff was efficient and very helpful - I would return there.

The apartment was well-equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle, allowing us to cook our own meals in the kitchenette.

The apartment was quiet and fairly large. The location was a bit out of town but in a nice setting.
The bathroom: the shower was a whole room shower which felt cold when taking a shower and the floor and counters always get wet. Also, the reception was only open at 3:30 on Saturday for check-in, which resulted in a very long line-up. At least for Saturday when most ski guests check in and check out, it should be open all day.

The setting was stunning with a cozy common area right next to the river, and it was a quick drive to the slopes ⛷️.

the additional costs for bedding, towels, tax, TV etc and especially car parking.

The residence was within walking distance of Samoens.
Zero storage, beds too short, so few lights in sitting room it was not light enough to see to read in the evening. Maintenance poor: things broken not repaired and clearly had never had more than the token end of stay cleaning done by visitors to pass inspection. Basics like chopping board and mugs absent.

Had a really nice stay for a night. the jewel in the crown was the extremely friendly and amiable staff. - the hotel had a particularly good and lovely location, a short walk to Chamonix, the river, and the Samoens slopes by car. It was also close to the ski bus.

The room was quite spacey and clean. And there was sufficient parking outside.
When we arrived late in the evening, we had to make our own beds. There was no toilet paper, towels or soap. There was no breakfast available at the residence. The reception wasn't always manned.

Booked this as it is difficult to get short breaks in French alps during ski season - most places offer one week stay and things get booked up quickly. We had room with sperate bedroom, bed in lobby area on first going into room (think they call it cabin) so plenty room for two of us. There was also a sofa bed. Good views from room. Room warm in bitter conditions : -15 outside but only with electric heaters up full blast. Plenty hot water for two to have showers etc, might struggle if more in room.
Room is fairly basic but if eating out it is perfectly adequate and alot cheaper than hotels in area. You pay extra for towels and are given sheets at check in so make your own beds up. Not huge problem. Check in only open certain hours so best to let them know if arriving outwith these. No oven only microwave and 2 hobs if planing cooking for yourself.

We have liked the pool, the Biliard table, the atmosphare in the residenc eand the town itself The surrounding area was very beautiful with many attractions which we have used - rafting, ropes park, hiking
We would like if the pool hours were longer since there is still light on July & August (maybe until 9 pm Also the toom was old and not so clean

The hotel offers great value for money considering its location and the quality of the accommodation.
There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall everything was satisfactory.
